FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
We strive to deliver your photos within 5-7 business days of your session. If, for some reason, our delivery time is longer than usual, we will absolutely let you know before hand.
How long will our gallery be available for download?
Your personalized gallery will remain active for 30 days from the date it is uploaded.
We know life happens! In the event you forget or are unable to download your photos within the 30-day time frame, simply send us an email at maryscott@oakrivermedia.com. We will take care of you!
What if I am not local to the Memphis are?
We will travel to you! We love a good adventure and will often catch a flight or hit the road in the blink of an eye!
